Two MetConsters discuss what an average person can handle doing in Super Metroid

With the release of X-Fusion, there was a lot of tiresome discourse about difficulty in hacks, what constitutes a "veteran" level hack, what "casuals" are, "gitting" gud, and all of that nonsense. This comic just naturally formed from all those thoughts percolating in my head.

Of course, the discussion between our two characters here isn't really germane to X-Fusion, because that hack barely requires anything in terms of tech-skill -- it's largely a hack that rewards persistence, attentiveness, and tight execution of the fundamentals. (Wall-jumping and short-charging are merely helpful, while bomb-jumping is liable to screw you over.)

The character on the right represents MetroidMST (aka ShyGuyExpress), who is one of the longtime bigwigs at Metroid Construction. There were several people from the community that I thought about putting in that slot, but he won out because he has a very recognizable sona, and the image of a little (shy) guy riding a construction metroid is just inherently amusing.
